Residents of the annexed Crimea who received diplomas in the period from 1992 to 2000 must go through the procedure of recognition of educational documents.
The document on the recognition of the diploma will have to be obtained if the higher education was obtained in Ukraine (including in the Crimea) in the period from May 16, 1992 to May 26, 2000, AN-Crimea reports with reference to the city website of Sevastopol.
To do this, it is necessary to prepare an application with a request for recognition and a package of documents, then send everything to Rosobrnadzor. It will also be necessary to pay a state duty in the amount of 6,500 rubles in accordance with the Federal Law of Russia No. 221-FZ of July 21, 2014.
Based on the results of the review, the applicant is issued a certificate of recognition.
