AS "Studmistechko" automates the activities of the directorate of the student campus of the educational institution, the document flow is simplified and improved.
A single database is being created to control the housing stock and material base of the campus, the order of settlement of students, graduate students, doctoral students and third parties, issuing and accounting of documents for settlement, control over the payment of accommodation and communal services, increasing the efficiency of processing, consistency and reliability of data.

Procedure for settling students
On the basis of the information entered in AS "Dekanat", information about students who need a dormitory appears in the program, the questionnaire data is automatically transferred to the system. After that, the campus administration arranges students in dormitories.
When settling in, a room and equipment are assigned to a resident of the campus, according to which warrants are created for the payment of accommodation.
With the help of the "Visitors" module, each person on duty at the dormitory registers the persons who entered the dormitory, specifying the person and the room to which the visitor entered and setting the exact time of entering and leaving the dormitory.
Map of the campus
It is possible to create maps of residents directly in the "Studmistechko" system for the settlement of persons on business trips, students from other educational institutions, graduate students, doctoral students and other residents.
Information on the status of applicants and students at the educational institution is constantly updated, and the administration has accurate data on whether the student is studying at the educational institution or expelled.
