JSC "Admissions Commission" automates the work of the admissions commission and ensures the storage of applicants' personal files and information on admission results for use in the institution's divisions. The system ensures the optimization of the labor costs of its employees, while guaranteeing the relevance and reliability of information for making management decisions.

Management of institutions is provided with operational information about the results of the work of the admission commission, and applicants and parents learn about the progress of receiving documents and the enrollment process.

Basic capabilities

  • maintaining electronic cards of entrants (taking into account benefits and special categories of entrants);
  • processing of information about the current status of receiving documents from applicants (taking into account the submission of applications for various specialties and faculties);
  • accounting of the results of entrance exams (including the results of external testing);
  • formation of competitive lists of entrants according to the scored points;
  • providing recommendations for enrollment both individually and in groups, with the name of study groups and numbers of enrollment orders;
  • creation of standard, analytical and statistical reports in the form of lists, tables and diagrams;
  • synchronization with the Unified State Electronic Database on Education.

Applicant questionnaire

The program creates and fills out an applicant's questionnaire with a digital photo, where basic personal data and exam results are stored. The questionnaire part of the "Admissions Committee" program has a developed search function that allows you to find an applicant by incomplete data (for example, by the first letters of the last name).

AC "Admissions Commission" instantly provides summary information on the rating of applicants, searches for duplicates.

Access to the database of documents on secondary education of the "OSVITA" information and production system enables the operator to automatically fill in about 60% of personal information about the applicant. This cuts data acquisition time almost in half. The operator needs to enter only the series and number of the applicant's secondary education certificate.

Work with documentation

Working with the information, the operator can register points from UTSOYAO certificates, grades from a certificate or diploma, sort applicants by the point scored, put a recommendation for enrollment, the name of the study group and the number of the enrollment order in a group way.

The automated system generates a large number of documents in the form of lists and tables, including such standardized reports as the applicant registration log, application progress, contingent characteristics, protocols for admission to trials and recommended for enrollment, enrollment orders, as well as analytical, statistical reports and all Ministerial forms of reports.

Selection of students

For quick selection of students, the "Admissions Committee" program has a built-in function of sorting students according to various indicators, namely: specialty priority, average score, etc. Also, the program detects applicants who have entered several faculties at once, as well as those who have discrepancies between their enrollment and the scored points.

The received information can be displayed both in tabular form and in the form of diagrams.

Ordering student tickets

AC "Admissions Commission" provides for data export to the information system of EDEB, data of enrolled students are transferred to the program for ordering student tickets.

Thus, student tickets can be ordered, produced and issued to students even before classes begin. This is a simple example of the expediency of the program's interaction with the OSVITA IVS.
