Registration of entrants' electronic offices has started

Today, July 2, 2018, the registration of entrants' electronic offices began - it will be open until 6 p.m. on July 25. From July 12, it will be possible to submit applications for admission to universities through offices. Their reception will last until 18:00 on July 26.

This year, applicants for a bachelor's degree, a master's degree in medicine, pharmacy, veterinary science, as well as a junior specialist on the basis of 11th grade must submit applications in electronic form.

To register, you need to go to the page ez.osvitavsim.org.ua and specify the following information:

– E-mail address – it will be the login for entering the office (important: use the mail, to which you have access and which is not prohibited in the territory of Ukraine)

– Password and password confirmation – at least 6 characters (be sure to remember the password)

– Data of the certificate of external examination: number (7 digits), pin code (4 digits) and year of receipt

– Data of the certificate of complete general secondary education: series (2 letters), number (8 digits), average score.

The registration page states that all electronic accounts created in 2016-2017 have been deleted. So, if an entrant previously registered an account, but plans to enter again this year, he needs to go through the registration procedure again.

Also, all test rooms that were created on June 25 and 26 were deleted from the system. We remind you that during these days almost 1300 test electronic cabinets were registered.

It is also worth noting that this year the entrant must independently calculate the average score of the certificate. It is calculated on a 12-point scale with rounding to tenths. For help on the site ez.osvitavsim.org.ua a calculator is available to calculate the score. It automatically calculates the score - the applicant only needs to enter all the grades from the supplement to the certificate: invariant part, variable part, state final certification. Subjects for which the record "released" was made are not included in the total number.

If the average score is indicated in the appendix to the certificate, it is necessary to check whether it was calculated according to the correct method, that is, whether all grades are taken into account. If it is incorrect, then the entrant must independently calculate the score according to the correct method and note it during registration. The average score can be indicated both through a period and through a comma.

The average score entered in the personal electronic account with an error can be corrected by the applicant himself before submitting the first application. Higher education admissions commissions will check the correctness of the score calculation.
