Registration of those wishing to participate in the external independent evaluation can submit registration documents until February 20. Due to the critical situation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Ukrainian Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education provided an explanation.

First, there is an opportunity to create a registration card, the registration documents of which must be sent to the Donetsk Regional Center for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education (1 Dobrovolskogo St., Slov'yansk, 84100). In the same regional center, you can get the Certificate of External Independent Evaluation and information materials.

Secondly, during the formation of the registration card, future applicants from among the residents of territories not under the control of the Ukrainian authorities can choose Donetsk or another regional center, on the territory of which they will be able to undergo an external independent assessment.

It should be noted that the procedure and conditions for registration of persons (including residents of Donetsk and Luhansk regions) who will participate in the external independent assessment remain unchanged.
