The Ukrainian Center for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education invites public organizations to join the process of determining the threshold score of the external examination.

NGOs whose areas of activity relate to the education system of Ukraine can submit candidacies of their representatives to the expert commission. The commission will also include representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science, the National Academy of Sciences, Ukrainian and regional centers for evaluating the quality of education, general secondary and higher education institutions.

In 2018, the expert commission should set the "pass/fail" thresholds for the subjects of external independent assessment.

Proposals from NGOs are accepted until April 27, 2018.
