Only 2% Ukrainians consider education reform an important reform in 2016. This is evidenced by the results of January online research "Monitoring of the perception of the progress of reforms" conducted by the TNS company together with the National Council of Reforms.

At the same time, 38% Ukrainians emphasized the importance of educational reform. However, the results of the survey indicate that the importance of reforming the educational sphere is not a priority among public opinion. Ukrainians ranked education reform 10th out of 19 proposed reforms.

According to respondents, the most important reform in 2016 is the fight against corruption - 50%, financial system reform - 6%, decentralization - 6% and public administration reform - 6%.

Also, 15% respondents called Ukrainian schools very corrupt, 16% – kindergartens and higher education institutions – 29%. It is worth noting that Ukrainians do not consider educational institutions to be the most corrupt institutions in the country. The most corrupt, according to citizens, are the courts (62%), the prosecutor's office (56%) and the police (52%).

The survey was conducted using an online survey from January 26, 2016 to February 4, 2016. The geography of the study is all of Ukraine (except ARC), urban population, men and women aged 18-55.
