The First Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Inna Sovsun, explained in an accessible and understandable way how the state-ordered places were distributed among higher education institutions this year.
"This year, for the first time, the system is working, according to which the number of places in the state order depends on how high the scores of the applicants who submitted documents for one or another specialty. Our task is to ensure that the best entrants get places. And we are ready to explain exactly how this happens," said the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science.
In the video, Inna Sovsun shows how the state contract was distributed using the example of the "Law" specialty, and explains why there are universities with a low passing score.
