This holiday is a tribute to one of the most valuable possessions created and left to us by our predecessors. It is the language that is the soul of the nation, its genetic code, because in its depths a cultural heritage was born that our country can be proud of.
It is known all over the world that the statehood of a language is a universal form of uniting people into one whole, into one nation. This is an important factor in the self-determination of the nation, a reliable basis for the development of the state.
The Ukrainian state must guarantee its national language comprehensive support, do as much as possible to increase its prestige in our society, to strengthen and develop it.
So, once again, we congratulate you on the Day of Ukrainian writing and language. Let the mother's word be a spiritual source of life and a talisman for all of us. Good luck to you, good, new achievements for the glory of Ukraine!
