The draft Resolution of the CMU "On the procedure for state recognition of documents on higher theological education, scientific degrees and academic titles issued by higher theological educational institutions" was put up for public discussion.
The following points are approved in the document:
- The procedure for state recognition of documents on higher spiritual education of persons who, on the day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", obtained higher education at higher spiritual educational institutions, the statutes (regulations) of which are registered in accordance with the procedure established by law;
- The procedure for state recognition of documents on scientific degrees of persons who, on the day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", defended dissertations for obtaining scientific degrees in higher theological educational institutions, the statutes (regulations) of which are registered in accordance with the procedure established by law;
- The procedure for state recognition of documents on academic titles of persons who, on the day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", received academic titles at higher theological educational institutions, the statutes (regulations) of which are registered in accordance with the procedure established by law.
