Teachers of higher educational institutions who do not move together with the teaching staff of the evacuated educational institution and will remain in the territory of Ukraine temporarily occupied by terrorists are subject to dismissal. This is stated in the draft law "On ensuring the right to education of persons who live in the territory of the anti-terrorist operation or moved from it during its conduct", the text of which was made public by the Minister of Education and Science Serhiy Kvit during the work of a round table held in the National Information Center agency "Ukrinform" on November 24, 2014.
