No graduate of the 9th grade will be deprived of the right to continue obtaining a full general secondary education.
This is stated in the clarification of the Ministry of Education regarding recruitment to 10-11 grades of general secondary education institutions in 2021.
"Enrollment in the 10th grade of general secondary education institutions this year, as last year, will take place after the issuance of an order on the transfer to it of 9th grade students of the same educational institution who did not express their intention to stop studying there and were not expelled or transferred to another educational institution in accordance with the Procedure for Enrollment, Deduction and Transfer of Pupils to State and Communal Educational Institutions for Complete General Secondary Education," the Ministry of Education emphasized.
The department also emphasized that ensuring equal access to full general secondary education for every child is a key priority of the state.
