Deputy Minister of Education and Science Maksym Strikha met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to Ukraine Simon Tenzing de Cruz, discussing coordination issues of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research of the Republic of Singapore.

The memorandum was signed on January 16 of this year, and should become a framework document that will facilitate the establishment of cooperation between universities and research institutes of Ukraine and Singapore.

During the meeting at the MES, the parties discussed possible priorities of Ukrainian-Singapore cooperation in the field of science, technology and education.
