Enrollment of entrants by state or regional order is carried out until 12:00 noon on August 7 - the relevant orders are formed in the EDEBO, and the lists of those enrolled are made public on the information stands of the admission commissions and the websites of universities.

The Ministry of Education and Science reminds of this in a letter sent to the heads of all higher education institutions.

Today, August 7, higher education institutions must inform the state customer about the number of vacant places in terms of specialties, specializations and competitive offers. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Science of Ukraine recommends creating registers of persons who can apply for transfer to budget places for each competitive proposal, and making them public on the websites of higher education institutions and stands of admission commissions.

The Ministry of Education and Culture draws attention to the fact that only those who are enrolled in training for the corresponding competitive offer on a contractual basis can apply for vacant state contract positions. In addition, they did not have to receive recommendations before enrolling in state procurement positions.

Separately, the letter provides clarifications regarding the terms and procedure of transfer to budget places, in particular, for preferential categories of entrants.
