According to Article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2014", the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine recommends suspending the state certification of preschool, general education, after-school educational institutions, their associations (complexes), as well as rating evaluation of general educational institutions (letter of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Science dated September 26, 2014 No. 1/9-494).
This is due to the fact that systemic changes are taking place in the legislative regulation of education in Ukraine, including regarding the regulation of state certification of preschool, general education, after-school educational institutions, their associations (complexes), as well as rating evaluation of general educational institutions.
Also, a working group of the Ministry, the State Inspectorate of Educational Institutions, and with the participation of a wide range of employees in the field of education and science, are working on a new version of the relevant state certification procedure for preschool, general education, extracurricular educational institutions, educational complexes and associations.
In order to debureaucratize the education sector, the Ministry will make changes to the existing legal acts regulating the issue of rating evaluation of general educational institutions.
