By raising the minimum pension and wages, the government is taking the first steps in raising the social standards of citizens. "I want every village, town and city of the Ukrainian state to hear now: this is just the beginning. The worst is over. We will persevere in the fight for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country, and we will win the war for the development of the national economy. Because the enemy has not only declared war on us with armed forces, but also economic war. We will see how the situation recovers and how Ukraine develops," Groysman emphasized.
At the same time, he does not rule out that the indicator of the growth of social standards in 2017 will be revised based on the results of the implementation of the budget.
"It is important for us to reinvest funds in the quality of life of Ukrainian citizens," the Prime Minister noted.
"Overall growth is happening. Of course, we want to speed it up, but it is connected with the development of the national economy. We are taking the first steps to raise the social standards of Ukrainian citizens," the Prime Minister emphasized.
