On June 26, the updated elementary school curriculum will be published on the Ed-era website for a new discussion. The Minister of Education and Science, Liliya Hrynevych, announced this on her Facebook page.
"For a week of open discussion of current elementary school curricula on the EdEra platform, there were more than 1,000 comments. Most are from constructive caring people, many from practicing teachers. It was to find such people that we launched this project," the minister said.
According to her, the possibility of commenting on programs will be closed this week. At this time, working groups with moderators will summarize the submitted proposals and after June 26, they will post the already updated programs on Ed-era.com for a new discussion. "I will emphasize once again: unloading programs is not a mechanical reduction of information, it is a selection of the most important and its logical presentation. At the same time, work continues on updating the evaluation criteria in primary school, there will also be changes by September 1 - in the interests of children. So that they don't lose their desire to learn," said Liliya Hrynevych.
