The Minister of Education and Science Liliya Hrynevych signed the order to cancel the scandalous order MES No. 433 dated 04.13.16, which provided for the reduction of managerial, administrative, managerial and economic and service personnel of educational institutions.

In accordance with clauses 5 and 6 of the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" dated 12/24/2015 No. 911-VIII, the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Ukraine orders:

1. Cancel the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "On some issues of formation of staff standards" dated 04/13/2016 No. 433.

2. To the Department of Public Relations and Support of the Minister's Activities (Patronage Service) (Zagoruyko Yu. A.) in accordance with the established procedure, make a note in the archives.

3. Control over the execution of the order will be entrusted to the Deputy Minister, the head of the staff of R.V. Hreba.
