The most common mistakes when registering for external examinations

A person who is denied registration must correct the errors that led to the denial and send a new set of registration documents to the regional center no later than March 18, 2016. The most common mistakes made by applicants during registration are:

- inconsistency of information in the documents submitted by applicants: the date of birth specified in the registration card does not correspond to the date specified in the identity document; mistakes in surname, first name, patronymic; indicated by the patronymic in the registration card, but it is not indicated in the identity document (international passport);

- there is no date and signature under the application in the registration card;

– the text of the application is not written in full on the registration card;

– an incomplete set of documents and improper registration card registration: absence or low quality of photo cards, absence of a certificate of complete general secondary education or a certificate from an educational institution, a copy of a certificate from an educational institution is submitted instead of the original document (pupils, students of vocational and technical educational institutions, higher educational institutions institutions), there is no copy of the document confirming the change of personal data in the documents;

- improperly issued certificates from educational institutions: there is no confirmation of the fact that the person obtained a complete general secondary education by the end of the current academic year, it is not 2016 that is indicated, but another year of obtaining education, the certificate does not meet the requirements, etc.

Please note that registration for participation in the external independent evaluation will last until March 4, 2016.

The main external evaluation session will be held from May 5 to June 17, the additional session from June 14 to July 4.

Graduates of general educational institutions in 2016 submit registration documents for re-registration to the institution where they study. Graduates of previous years, pupils (students, students) of vocational and technical, higher educational institutions send documents for re-registration to the address of the regional center specified in the control and information letter.
