As reported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in the 2015/16 academic year, Ukrainian students and teachers of higher educational institutions will be able to study in the Czech Republic, China, Romania and Bulgaria as part of the Scholarship Program for study or internship abroad.

Thus, according to the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Physical Education of the Czech Republic has allocated 4 scholarships (on the principle of reciprocity) for Ukrainian students and teachers of higher education institutions to study the Czech language as part of the Summer School of Slavic Studies in the Czech Republic. Applications for participation in the program are accepted until March 2, 2015. 

The Government of the People's Republic of China allocated a total of 57 scholarships to the Government of Ukraine for the 2015-2016 academic year. Applications for participation are accepted until April 30, 2015. 

 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania provides 85 scholarships for students from foreign countries that are not members of the EU. Applications for participation are accepted until March 5, 2015. 

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bulgaria offers 5 places for Bulgarian and Slavic students and teachers to participate in the annual summer seminar on Bulgarian language, literature and culture. Applications for participation are accepted until April 15, 2015.
