This school year, the "Samsung IT School" project expanded its boundaries - now students of grades 9-11 from Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Kharkiv can study object-oriented programming for free.

In order to become one of the participants of the IT school, you need to register on the project website samsungitschool.com.ua and pass the entrance test.

During the academic year, students will learn the following topics:

– basics of Java programming;

– introduction to object-oriented programming;

– basics of programming Android applications;

- algorithms and data structures in the Java language, the basics of developing the server part of mobile applications.

The condition for successful completion of the courses will be the creation of your own mobile application on the Android platform.

The duration of study is 1 academic year. Classes are held twice a week.

Training will take place on the basis of the following general educational institutions:

1. Communal institution "Vinnytsia Technical Lyceum";

2. Communal educational institution "Educational and educational complex No. 100 "General educational institution of I-II degrees - lyceum" of the Dnipro city council;

3. Natural Science Lyceum No. 145 of Kyiv;

4. Rusaniv Lyceum of Kyiv;

5. Specialized Secondary School No. 66 of Lviv;

6. Odesa Mariinsky Gymnasium of the Odesa City Council of the Odesa Region;

7. Kharkiv Educational Complex No. 45 "Academic Gymnasium" of the Kharkiv City Council of the Kharkiv Region;

8. Kharkiv Technological Lyceum No. 9 of Kharkiv City Council, Kharkiv Region.

Also, the recruitment of IT specialists, lecturers, and teachers for the "Samsung IT school" in Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Lviv, Odesa and Kharkiv has been announced.
