Recently, the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Theoretical and Applied Sciences in the USA" was held in New York. Mykhailo Golubka, a teacher at the Lviv Cooperative College of Economics and Law, head of the Finance and Credit Cyclical Commission, presented his educational institution at the event.
In his report "Relevance of financial and economic knowledge: theoretical aspect", the teacher emphasized the relevance of the formation and development of financial and economic education, which consists in bringing the educational program of economic disciplines closer to world educational standards with the simultaneous development of national traditional education systems. In the modern high-tech environment of educational development, an increase in the professional training of personnel for productive work in society is seen. In connection with this important task, the development of competitive innovative technologies for the provision of high-quality educational services for the education of modern students is being observed.
As Mykhailo Golubka emphasized, the quality of domestic educational services depends on international standards and ensures the balance of world educational standards and the process of development of educational services in domestic universities. The development of education in higher educational institutions is carried out taking into account the main principles of the Bologna process and is based on the principles of innovation space, compliance with standards and norms, ensuring social adaptation, principles of justice and responsibility, as well as on key aspects of general human values. The basis of improving the quality of education should be such strategic tasks as: adapting the national educational program to the European level of education, strengthening the competitive positions of Ukrainian educational markets in the international market for the provision of educational services, modernizing and reforming the system of raising the professional level of teaching staff in domestic higher education institutions accreditation
According to the teacher, economic education contributes to the formation of a person's financial and economic opinion. The mission of the formation and further development of economic education is the possibility of applying the theoretical and practical nature of economic knowledge in today's changing conditions. Therefore, a particularly important point is the qualified training of specialists in the economic specialty, raising the level of qualifications of specialists, increasing the competitive advantages of domestic personnel in the global economic space.
Based on the results of the conference, a collection of scientific works was published, and the teacher of the Lviv College, Mykhailo Golubka, received a certificate.
