Determining the results of external independent assessment for each subject takes place in several stages.
1) approval of answer keys and assessment schemes for open-ended tasks with an expanded answer (if available);
2) carrying out an expert assessment of the tasks of the certification work and preparing conclusions regarding the "passed/failed" threshold;
3) computer processing of coded certification works, as well as audit protocols for conducting external independent evaluation, observation maps of the procedure for conducting external independent evaluation at the point of conducting external independent evaluation;
4) examination by examiners of tasks of an open form with a short or detailed answer;
5) consideration of facts discovered during the processing of certification works, documents of external evaluation points, which may affect the result of external evaluation;
6) determination of the number of test points;
7) preparation of consolidated information on the conclusions of regional expert groups regarding the "passed/failed" threshold, statistical characteristics of the results of certification works;
8) adoption of a decision on setting the "passed/failed" threshold and a table on a scale of 100-200 points;
9) conversion of test scores into grades on a rating scale of 100-200 points;
10) approval of the table on a scale of 1-12 points (in the case of state final certification for a specific subject in the form of external evaluation);
11) conversion of test scores into grades on a scale of 1-12 points;
12) personalization (decoding) of certification works of external evaluation participants, establishment of personal results of external evaluation and their announcement;
13) reception and consideration of appeals from external evaluation participants.
