Automated system "Studmistechko" - is a software and technology complex that is an integral part of the Higher Education Institution automated management system (HEI) and is designed to automate all processes, from allocating dormitory places, controlling payments to managing the access control system.
Operations with residents' cards:
- creating a resident card;
- deleting a resident card;
- moving in a tenant;
- eviction of a tenant;
- search for a specific resident.
Processing of the room card:
- creating a room card;
- withdrawal of the premises card;
- search for premises.
Transactions with payment orders:
- creating a payment order;
- withdrawal of the payment order;
- search for a suitable order;
- making payment on the order.
Registration of attendance:
- registration of a visitor's arrival;
- registration of the visitor's exit;
- search for a mark about a particular visitor.

Procedure for settling students
On the basis of the information entered in AS "Dekanat", information about students who need a dormitory appears in the program, the questionnaire data is automatically transferred to the system. After that, the campus administration arranges students in dormitories.
When settling in, a room and equipment are assigned to a resident of the campus, according to which warrants are created for the payment of accommodation.
With the help of the "Visitors" module, each person on duty at the dormitory registers the persons who entered the dormitory, specifying the person and the room to which the visitor entered and setting the exact time of entering and leaving the dormitory.
Map of the campus
It is possible to create maps of residents directly in the "Studmistechko" system for the settlement of persons on business trips, students from other educational institutions, graduate students, doctoral students and other residents.
Information on the status of applicants and students at the educational institution is constantly updated, and the administration has accurate data on whether the student is studying at the educational institution or expelled.
