Changes to the provisions of the documents are specified in Law of Ukraine dated July 3, 2014 No. 1575-VII "On Amendments to the Laws of Ukraine "On Education" and "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" Regarding Guarantees for Students, Postgraduate Students, Teaching, Scientific and Pedagogical Workers".

The law states that students, cadets, trainees, interns, clinical residents, graduate students, doctoral students, in addition to previously defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Education", for the period of military service under conscription during mobilization, for a special period, have a state-guaranteed right to preserve places of study, for postponement of the examination session and state certification in educational institutions.

Additional types of social and material support provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Education" are kept for students and post-graduate students who are conscripted during mobilization, for a special period, and their previous average earnings are also kept.

Also, for such persons, the amount of fees for training, training, retraining, upgrading the qualifications of personnel or providing additional educational services is reduced.

It should be noted that full-time students and post-graduate students are not subject to conscription for military service during mobilization, for a special period.
