CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO THE PROGRAM:

1. New types of education documents have been added: temporary certificates issued by OC "Crimea-Ukraine" and OC "Donbas-Ukraine"
2. In the "Entry trajectories" directory, the "Entry by temporary references" mark was added
3. The structure of the "EDEBO"-"Benefits" directory has been updated
4. Synchronization with EDEBO of applications with temporary certificates has been added
5. The group operation "Set enrollment basis" has been added to the "Introductory tests" module
