CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO THE PROGRAM:
1. The transition to the use of the Oracle 11 g DBMS was made. Ask technical support for a description of the database migration procedure.
2. New modules "Pre-registration" and "Applications" have been added. The "Applicants" module has been developed into the "Personal Affairs" module.
3. For all modules of the system, in the filtering tree, instead of the filters "OKR", "Basic educational level", "Course", "Term of training", "Second higher education", the filter "Entry trajectory" has been added.
4. Program roles for faculties have been replaced by entries from the "Admission Plan" directory (offers). The user can see the statements and their data, if he has program roles for the corresponding offers. Added new system roles "Pre-registration.View" and "Pre-registration.Edit".
5. The directories "Entry Trajectories", "Personal Case Prefixes", "Audiences", "Olympiad Disciplines", "Awards of Olympiads and MAN", "Reasons for passing exams" have been added. Changes have been made to the "Admission Plan" directory and other system directories.
6. The applicant's questionnaire and the procedure for processing information regarding the person's participation in the admissions campaign have been changed.
7. New sections have been added to the system settings: "Competition", which contains a group of fields "Calculation of additional points for preparatory courses and/or MAN and VUO"; "Applications" - with a group of settings "Quota of the number of applications for OCR: bachelor, junior specialist". In the "Entrants" section, the setting "Use the field "Branch", the group of settings "Structure of the tab "Additional data", "Use the function "Add entrant card", "Use the function "Add pre-registration card" has been added.
