A new version of "Dekanat" AS 2.5.0.0 has been released

CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO THE PROGRAM:

1. The directory "Fields of knowledge (fields of study)" was renamed "Fields of knowledge", new entries were added (in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 266 of April 29, 2015)
2. Added the degree "Doctor of Philosophy" and the possibility of creating relevant questionnaires, curricula, etc
3. Added new options for importing students from EDEBO
4. The program interface is optimized to work with the new list of specialties
