The Ministry of Education and Science has prepared a letter MES letter No. 1/9-89 dated 03/23/2015, in accordance with which it recommends to educational institutions the form of certificate that must be issued to graduates from the Crimea and uncontrolled territories of Donbas, who are attached for external studies.
This certificate is necessary for graduates from the specified territories, who will present this document at the point of passing an external independent assessment.
The reference form is agreed with the Ukrainian Center for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education.
