According to Iryna Yehorchenko, an expert on the resuscitation package of reforms, some applicants may not get into the selected higher education institutions due to changes in the law "On Higher Education".

These changes provide for taking into account last year's external examination certificates, as well as their comparison with this year's test results, when entering universities.

Also, the expert Iryna Yehorchenko added that the deputies will demand from the Ukrainian Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education to do impossible things, actually engage in fraud. When implementing these changes, it will be necessary to draw up tables of correspondence between the old points and the new ones, and this is impossible.

"If this law is adopted, trust in Ukrainian education will suffer, first of all. ZNO is the only thing that inspires trust in society," the expert noted.
