The meeting of the Council of Vice-Chancellors for Scientific Work of Higher Educational Institutions and Directors of Scientific Institutions is scheduled for December 24, 2014, which will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Questions to be considered at the meeting:
1. Elections of the presidium of the Council of Vice-Chancellors.
2. New mechanisms and forms of organization of scientific and scientific and technical activities of higher educational institutions, which must be introduced in connection with the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education".
3. Methodological principles and criteria for selecting research and development projects financed from the state budget.
4. Proposals for the work plan of the Council of Vice-Chancellors in 2015.

The meeting will be held at the address: Tarasa Shevchenko Boulevard, 16 (assembly hall, room 401).
