Entrants who have received budget recommendations must meet the requirements for admission to state or regional order places by 6:00 p.m. on July 31. After that, no later than 12:00 noon on August 1, entrants must be enrolled at the expense of the state or regional budget.

Such a norm is determined by the conditions of admission to institutions of higher education for applicants entering the first year to obtain a junior bachelor's degree, a bachelor's degree (medical master's degree) on the basis of full-time general secondary education.

Accordingly, educational institutions must issue orders to enroll students in the budget and change the statuses of applications in the Unified State Electronic Database for Education.

Also, on August 1, after 12:00 p.m., recommendations for enrollment will begin for entrants who enter into a contract for open and fixed (closed) competitive offers.

The transfer of persons enrolled in contract training on the basis of a complete general secondary education to vacant state contract positions shall be carried out no later than August 9.

Terms of enrollment of applicants to the contract are determined by the Conditions of admission of the institution of higher education.
