Children and their parents from the occupied territories need to collect the necessary documents and send them to the e-mail addresses listed on the website of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Note that the e-mail addresses for Crimea and Donbas are different.
Therefore, in order to obtain permission to cross the contact line for high school graduates, their parents or accompanying persons, the following documents must be submitted:
- a statement from the parents (if the parents will accompany the child) and the child (if they have a passport) to the head of the Coordination Center at the operational headquarters for the management of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO), which indicates the route of movement (populated areas), the period of stay in the area of the ATO ( controlled or uncontrolled territory);
– a copy of passport documents (data about children who have not reached the age of 16 are entered together with the data of parents);
- a copy of the document confirming the purpose of entering the uncontrolled territory (for a graduate - a copy of the invitation from the Ukrainian Center for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education).
- an electronic version of a photo identifying the person (a minor) at the time of submitting the documents.

When crossing the demarcation line, parents must have a copy of the child's birth certificate, and persons who will accompany the children must have a notarized power of attorney from the parents.
