In 2015, the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Internet Association of Ukraine and Sumy State University organized the 5th Competition for the best website of an educational institution. The subject of the competition was meaningful content of the websites of educational institutions of Ukraine, their ease of use, ensuring the participation of all participants in the educational process in the activities of educational institutions, services provided on the sites. Each site was evaluated according to indicators grouped into the following categories: content, usability, dynamics, design and technical indicators. Separately, webometric measurements of visits to competitive sites were carried out.
The organizers received 802 applications for participation in the competition from educational institutions from all over Ukraine, among them: 263 in the nomination "Websites of urban schools", 206 in the nomination "Websites of rural schools", 103 in the nomination "Websites of preschool educational institutions", 60 in the nomination "Websites of extracurricular educational institutions" and 170 applications from contestants in the nomination "Websites of educational institutions of vocational and technical education".
Winners by nominations:
- "Websites of city schools" became the winner Ryshelyevsky Lyceum the city of Odessa.
- "Websites of rural schools" became the winner Oleksandrivska Secondary School No. 1 Kirovohrad region.
- "Websites of preschool educational institutions" became the winner Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi DZ "Druzhba" Cherkasy region.
- "Websites of extracurricular educational institutions" became the winner Center for creativity of children and youth of Kyiv region.
- "Websites of educational institutions of vocational and technical education" became the winner Lviv State University of Restaurant Service and Tourism.
- "Webometric rating" became the winner Physical and mathematical gymnasium No. 17 the city of Vinnytsia.
The winners were awarded valuable prizes from the sponsors of the Competition and Certificates of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine.
