The mechanism for the transfer of students of higher educational institutions of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, who are temporarily admitted to classes and students of higher educational institutions of the specified regions, in which the educational process is not carried out due to the anti-terrorist operation, as well as their stipend support and preservation of the right to receive state benefits and guarantees, has been determined .

All students who expressed a desire to transfer before December 19, 2014 must submit a corresponding application to the head of the higher education institution to which they expressed a desire to transfer.

The issue of admitting students who are temporarily studying to state certification in higher educational institutions in which they are temporarily admitted to classes, the procedure for ordering and issuing them documents on higher education of the state model and their appendices has been regulated.

The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers will enter into force after its official publication.
