The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a draft law in general, according to which students of education, employees of educational institutions, educational institutions, and scientific institutions will receive state guarantees for a special period.

On March 15, 341 people's deputies voted for the relevant bill.

The guarantees will apply to the right to keep a workplace, a place of study, as well as the payment of wages and scholarships.

It is worth noting that the guarantees will apply to all participants of the educational process, including those who were forced to change their place of residence or stay.

According to the draft law, education seekers are guaranteed the organization of the educational process in a remote form or in any other form that is the safest for its participants.

Employees of educational institutions, educational institutions and scientific institutions are guaranteed to keep their jobs and average earnings.

Also, the payment of scholarships and other payments provided for by law, the place of residence (boarding house, dormitory, etc.) and the provision of food (if necessary) are guaranteed.
