The development of Ukrainian IT companies is gaining more and more momentum, as evidenced by the fact that three companies have already crossed the threshold of 3,000 employees. New offices are opening in Kyiv and Kharkiv. The top three IT giants on the Ukrainian market are Luxoft, SoftServe and EPAM Systems.
It should be emphasized that during the period from August 2013 to January 2014, the total number of specialists of the 25 largest IT companies increased by 1,800 people and amounted to 26,466 specialists.
Also, there was an increase in 2013 in accordance with the total number of employees of top companies, namely by 24% (4808 people). In 2012, the growth of TOP25 was 19% (3448 people).

TOP25 was replenished with new companies compared to the previous period, namely the following IT giants: "GeeksForLess*", "Win Interactive LLC", "Wargaming.net" and "Delphi LLC". The largest relative increases were demonstrated by "SoftServe" - 18.6%, "DataArt" - 14.2%, and "Ciklum" - 13.8%.
It should be noted that nine companies already have more than 800 employees on the Ukrainian market. Also, it is very important for the IT market of Ukraine that none of the top companies has negative growth indicators.
