Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated December 30, 2005 No. 774 "On the implementation of the credit-module system of the organization of the educational process" has been canceled by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated September 17, 2014 No. 1050, in connection with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education".

Also, this is due to the government's desire to ensure the academic autonomy of higher educational institutions.
