According to the Conditions of admission to study for higher education in 2021, some applicants have the right to enter the master's program based on the results of an entrance exam, instead of a single entrance exam in a foreign language and a single professional entrance test in law and general educational legal competencies.
This category includes:
- persons who are unable to take part in the single professional entrance exam and the single professional entrance test due to illness or pathological conditions that may prevent them from passing an external independent assessment. They are listed in the List of diseases and pathological conditions that may be an obstacle to passing an external independent assessment;
- persons who, in order to pass a single professional entrance exam and a single professional entrance test, require the creation of other special conditions than those specified in the List of special (special) conditions created for persons with special educational needs at the points of external independent assessment.
- entrants released from military service starting from April 1, 2021;
- contract servicemen, policemen, rescuers, members of the rank and file of the State Criminal Enforcement Service, cadets of higher military educational institutions, higher education institutions with specific learning conditions, military educational units of higher education institutions in the case of admission to educational programs in the field of knowledge 25 "Military sciences, national security, security of the state border."
