The Minister of Education Liliya Hrynevych expressed her readiness to transfer all the necessary information about reforming the education sector to the new leadership of the Ministry of Education. She said this during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to her, over the past three years, the foundations have been laid and serious work has been done for fundamental changes in the field of education and science.
"And about this, as well as about many other details, we write in our transition books and undertake, as soon as the new government is appointed, to solemnly transfer them, and we are ready to tell everything, because our interest is that the reforms continue, because children and young people in this country should benefit from them," said the Minister of Education.
In turn, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman emphasized that the government's initiative to create so-called transition books - about the work of ministries and about the directions of key changes, especially extended over time, provides an opportunity to continue changes, to consolidate the inheritance in the implementation of various projects.
"New Ukrainian school. We understand: it takes 12 years to implement quality changes. It is necessary to include the necessary expenses in the budgets. We need to think about preschool education - the queue for kindergartens should be eliminated in 2020," Groysman noted.
