Developed by the Ministry of Education and Science Regulations on the distance form of general secondary education.
The draft document was published by the department for public discussion.
The document defines the mechanism of ensuring the acquisition of general secondary education in a distance form, as well as the use of distance learning technologies during the organization of education in various forms.
The organization of distance learning should ensure the opportunity to realize the right of students to quality and affordable education in accordance with their abilities, interests, needs, motivation, opportunities and experience.
If necessary, distance learning can be organized according to an individual study plan.
It is planned that the organization of the educational process during distance learning may include training classes, webinars, online forums and conferences, independent work, research, search, project activities, educational games, consultations and other forms of organization of the educational process determined by the educational program of the educational institution.
The Ministry of Education and Science notes that the text of the new regulation on the distance form of obtaining general secondary education takes into account the peculiarities of distance learning during the quarantine, and also provides conditions for the implementation of mixed learning.
The decision on the use of distance learning technologies in the educational process will be made by the school's pedagogical council.
During quarantine restrictions, the educational process in schools, by decision of the Pedagogical Council, can be organized in such a way that some subjects of the subject are studied face-to-face by part of the class, while the other part of the class learns remotely (in an asynchronous mode, with the possibility of providing support to students through consultations in synchronous mode). At the same time, the sequence of face-to-face and distance learning is determined for students in order to ensure equal conditions for obtaining an education.
During extraordinary circumstances, schools will be able to organize the educational process using distance learning technologies with the help of technical means of communication available to the participants of the educational process.
The public discussion of the draft Regulation on the distance form of general secondary education will continue until July 21.
