The day before, the Law "On Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine" was adopted, which describes the mechanism of additional distribution and redistribution of the total amount of subventions provided for in Articles 103² - 1035 of this Code, between local budgets.
From now on, the financing of state-owned educational institutions will take place in accordance with the list determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Also, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine now has the right to distribute and redistribute the total amount of subventions between local budgets.
The developers of this project were the committees of the Verkhovna Rada, in particular, on the budget, social policy, science and education, on the prevention and counteraction of corruption, and on the European integration.
