According to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, it is planned to create an "educational and methodological center" in the territory of the Rostov region, which will help schools of the LPR and DPR to introduce Russian educational programs.

The main task of the educational and methodological center will be, in addition to educational and methodological support, delivery of "new textbooks, especially on the Russian language and history, where the Russian and Ukrainian curricula differ significantly" to the territory of the separatist republics.

At the same time, it is reported that the textbooks are currently delivered to the territory of the DPR and LPR "by humanitarian convoys, but their capacity is small, because the convoys deliver more priority goods "to help the population".
