The State Education Quality Service conducted an examination of atypical programs and provided recommendations on eliminating inconsistencies in the programs to the new State Standard of Primary Education. In eight programs where the comments of the expert were taken into account, studies were allowed.

In particular, schools may introduce:

- "Educational program for 1-2 grade according to the system of developmental education of D. B. Elkoninia, V. V. Davydov and others." (authors I.P. Staragin, H.M. Zakharova, G.V. Zhemchuzhkina, K.I. Pinson, O.A. Perepelitsa, N.P. Sosnytska);

– "Educational program for 1-2 grades of general secondary education institutions "Intellect of Ukraine" (author I.V. Havrish);

– "Educational program for 1st-2nd grades of primary school based on the pedagogical technology "Rostok" (author T.O. Pushkaryova);

– "Educational program "Elementary school: education for life" (author team of Kyiv University named after Borys Grinchenko, academic supervisor V.O. Ognev'yuk);

- "Educational program "On the wings of success" for students of the 1st-2nd grades of general secondary education institutions" (Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences, scientific supervisor A. D. Tsimbalaru);

– "Educational program of the first cycle of primary education based on Waldorf pedagogy (Association of Waldorf Initiatives in Ukraine, authors D.Yu. Kosenko and O.I. Mezentseva);

- "Educational program for 1st-2nd grades of general secondary education institutions according to the developmental education system (Center for Psychology and Developmental Education Methods, authors S. V. Lomakovich, L. I. Timchenko, S. O. Zhukova, O. M. Kondratyuk);

- "Educational program for 1st-2nd grades "The world in which I live" ("Teaching Book-Bogdan" publishing house, director Professor S.I. Yakymenko).

According to the conclusion of the State Education Committee, these programs currently comply with the new State Standard for Primary Education.
