In Ukraine, an interactive advisor was presented, which will help assess the readiness of an educational institution to solve the challenges related to Covid-19, and will offer ideas for more effective work in the conditions of the pandemic.
The "School in Pandemic Conditions" advisor was created by international experts taking into account existing domestic recommendations and using materials from UNICEF, the World Health Organization, and other international organizations.
Special attention in the advisor is given to the issue of creating a safe educational environment and ensuring access to quality inclusive education for all children, in particular the most vulnerable categories.
The advisor also provides a thematic survey of managers and teachers regarding the work of institutions in the conditions of the pandemic. The answers to the questions of the questionnaire will help to find out the existing needs of institutions, effectively plan support, improve the state policy on responding to the challenges of the pandemic and minimize its negative impact on the educational process.
The developers of the advisor advise to involve colleagues in working with him, in particular deputy directors, school psychologists, social pedagogues and teachers. Thus, the teaching staff will be able to provide additional information and valuable feedback.
