The Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine signed a Framework Declaration on cooperation with the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Poland in order to support the sustainable and dynamic development of young scientists in Poland and Ukraine.

The head of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Yuriy Krashchenko, and the head of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Poland, Emanuel Kulchytsky, discussed issues of cooperation and prospects for joint activities between young scientists of Poland and Ukraine, as well as between the councils.

The Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Poland declared their readiness to cooperate in the identification and elimination of barriers in the field of professional development of young scientists of both countries and to promote the strengthening of the Polish-Ukrainian academic partnership .

The councils of young scientists of Ukraine and Poland are consultative and advisory bodies under relevant ministries, which participate in the formulation of proposals for national legislation in the field of higher education and science, in defending the rights and lobbying the interests of young scientists.
