The Ministry of Education and Science has made changes to the Conditions of admission to higher education institutions of Ukraine. The corresponding order, signed on May 4, 2020, was registered with the Ministry of Justice.
The terms of the introductory campaign in 2020 have undergone changes - all dates have been moved by a month (August) taking into account the forecast of the development of the epidemiological situation.
Registration of electronic offices, reception of documents
For entrants based on PZSO, registration of electronic offices will begin on August 1, applications and documents will be accepted from August 13 to 22 (for those who enter based on the results of external examinations), and until August 16 for entrants who will take entrance exams at a higher education institution.
Creative contests, entrance exams
Creative contests and entrance exams for state-ordered positions will be held from August 1 to 12.
Budget recommendation
Submission of recommendations for admission to the budget will take place no later than August 27, and applicants must submit documents for admission by the evening of August 31.
The possibility of submitting original documents by mail
The Ministry of Education and Science provided for applicants the possibility of submitting original documents by mail (and in this regard, the interval between the last day of submitting documents and the issuance of the enrollment order itself was increased to 5 days). It is also provided that entrants will be able to send scanned copies of the necessary documents by e-mail, putting a qualified electronic signature on them, and deliver the documents themselves after the start of studies.
Registration for the external examination for the master's degree
The registration deadlines for taking the unified entrance exam (EVI) and the unified professional entrance test (EVVV) have been postponed. Registration will last from May 12 to June 5 and will take place online.
Exams for the master's degree
At the same time, the dates of the EVI and EFVV remain unchanged - July 1 and 3, respectively. The dates of registration of the electronic offices of entrants to the master's degree, acceptance of documents, recommendations have also been moved to a month.
