New sanitary regulations for preschool educational institutions, approved by order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated March 24, 2016 No. 234, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 14, 2016 under No. 563/28693.
The specified Sanitary Regulations provide conditions that will facilitate the creation of kindergartens, including in residential and non-residential premises. The main advantages of the new version of the regulation:
– In the absence of a food block in a preschool educational institution, the supply of ready-made products by food market operators is allowed, subject to compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Basic Principles and Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Food Products";
– In the absence of your own laundry, laundry can be done by other laundries, with the exception of laundries serving infectious health care facilities, chemical and other hazardous industry facilities;
The ban on the use of bunk beds for children has been lifted.
- Also, from now on, after an infectious disease, children can be admitted to a preschool educational institution only in the presence of a medical certificate from the health care institution in which the child was under medical supervision. Children after a temporary absence from a preschool educational institution for other reasons are admitted without medical certificates, provided there are no obvious signs of illness.
There are no minor regulations in the document (for example, the height of the sides of the sandbox or the diameter of the posts of the fence of the beds, the children's playpen, etc.), but at the same time, the requirements for cleanliness, organization of food, temperature regime, lighting, maintenance of pools, and the daily routine of the child are clearly defined.
