In the Lviv region, specialists from the Federal Republic of Germany are organizing courses for the training of workers. This initiative came from German firms operating in the region and experiencing a shortage of skilled workers

The courses will be organized by representatives of German organizations engaged in the training and retraining of workers for German companies, as well as representatives of vocational and technical education institutions of the Lviv region, local entrepreneurs and the employment center.

Yuriy Pidlisny, the deputy head of the Lviv regional state administration, noted that in Germany, such organizations provide a link between manufacturers, educators and employment centers, analyzing the needs of German enterprises in terms of training and retraining of workers and helping to solve personnel problems.

In the Lviv region, experts will share their own experience and demonstrate the German model that has been working successfully for many years.
