The Ministry of Education and Science has allowed higher educational institutions to accept documents without the originals of the bachelor's diploma and its annexes from applicants who are enrolling in studies to obtain the "specialist" or master's degree.

This is stated in the corresponding letter of the Ministry of Education and Science to the heads of higher educational institutions.

The corresponding decision was made in connection with technical problems that arise during the production of bachelor's degree diplomas.
